Recently our guests Pete from the U.K. and Hiromi from Japan, joined us on our trip to Mudgee  sampling some of the finest wines the region has to offer. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch amongst the vineyards under the gumtrees. On our return we sampled some of the wines we bought with a scrumptious home cooked meal by the fire.

The 2010 Mudgee wine festival will be held in September. Held in the most picturesque month of the year, this is the best time to sample some of the regions finest wines.
